Meet our senior management team
David Blanchard
Managing Director
David has 20 years of experience in PFI/PPP both in the UK and overseas. At Pario, David’s main focus is on leading the UK business and co-ordinating across the other Pario Companies.
Paul Matthews
Commercial Director
Joining Pario in 2019, Paul has progressed through a number of roles including SPV Finance Director, Regional Finance Director, and now Commercial Director. Financially qualified, Paul has previous experience in commercial and operational matters across a magnitude of PFI contracts.
Darren Barclay
Finance Director
Prior to Pario Darren has worked in a wide range of industries and has over 20 years experience in PFI/PPP. Now lead of our Finance team, Darren’s areas of expertise are in technical accounting, financial reporting and business planning.
